The item might have light cosmetic scratches either inside or outside, but otherwise appears and functions as new. Grade 2 = Discount 10%
Product is structurally sound and in fair condition overall.These items are primarily returns that have sustained cosmetic damage during shipping. The items will have more significant scratching than a items labeled “Grade 1.” All items will be refurbished to appear as close to new as possible; however, cosmetic imperfections may be evident.
Grade 3 = Discount 20%
Product is structurally sound with heavy scratches inside and outside.These items are primarily refurbished floor models or product returns. These units have sustained heavier cosmetic damage (deeper cuts or scratching) than those labeled “Grade 2” but still function as new. All items will be refurbished to appear as close to new as possible.
