Service Request
If you have an Ironwood Pacific Product that requires parts or service, whether under warranty or not, please completely fill out the form below.An Ironwood Pacific customer service representative or technical specialist will be in touch with troubleshooting assistance, additional questions or a Return Authorization # (RA#) and instructions.
No warranty items will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization #.
Warranty & Service Process
- Fill out the following Warranty & Service Request Form
- One of our Customer Service Representatives will be in touch with you with any questions, or will issue a Return Authorization # and instructions by email. You may be asked for a copy of your original receipt. You may be asked for images of the item illustrating the issue, or you may be asked to return the item for replacement or repair
- If you are asked to return the item to Ironwood Pacific, be sure to mark your package clearly with the Return Authorization Number and follow the return instructions. Always send your product by a trackable method (FedEx or UPS) and retain a copy of the tracking numbers for your records.
- Once we've received and inspected the item, we will repair, replace or contact you with further options, at our discretion
