Warranty
Ironwood Pacific Outdoors products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. We will, at our sole discretion, replace, repair, or refund the cost of the defective unit. Contact us directly to make your claim and provide proof of purchase. Shipping costs will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please check product information page for warranty length on individual products.
In no event will Ironwood Pacific Outdoors be liable to the purchaser or other party for lost savings or profits, or damages arising out of use or inability to use one of our products.
Return Policy
All returned products require a return authorization code. The return authorization code must accompany the product upon return. To obtain a return authorization code, please e-mail us or call 800.261.1330.
If you have purchased your product through an outside party and wish to return it under the conditions met by the warranty, please contact the dealer from which you placed the original order.
If, upon receiving your product, you find that it is missing a component or part listed on your purchase order, please contact us immediately to request replacement.
