And when you use the Top-Snapper, you no longer need to worry about tearing or ripping your canvas when unsnapping your cover.

Key Features of the Top-Snapper Canvas Snap Tool

    • Two blades: a longer blade for fastening snaps from inside the boat; and a shorter blade for the outside snaps
    • Effective for snapping or unsnapping your snaps
    • Comfortable sure-grip rubberized handle
    • Accommodates both right and left-handed users
    • Lanyard holds tool to your wrist or can be used to hang the tool when not in use
    • Lifetime warranty

    Top-Snapper Snap Lube

Part of the Top-Snapper family of canvas care gear, Top-Snapper Snap Lube comes in a solid form. That means you can put it right where you want it and don't have to worry about it running where you don't want it or getting all over your canvas and leaving stains the way liquid lubes can. One application to problem or corroded snaps will have them working like new.

    Does the trick!

    Pros:
    • Works good
    Cons:
    • Needs padding to protect paint.
This is just what we needed for the snaps on our pontoon. My husband doesn’t have much trouble but I do. It isn’t hard to unsnap (but can be extremely hot to the touch!) my problem is snapping the cover back on. This tool makes it so much easier. We suggest putting a piece of leather or something on it to keep the tool from scratching the surface. Put it on the bend so when it rest against the surface it is protected.

For years I struggled getting the camper package side panels for my boat snapped in place. A dock mate lent me his top snapper and I was sold the first time I used it. You can snap on your cover from both inside and outside the cabin. Wish I'd known about this 10 years ago.

I have a sailboat with lots of canvas. This is a great tool to have on-board to remove and install this canvas with so many snaps.
